· How can I apply for accommodation?
You can complete the online pre-registration form to get on the wait list, and we will contact you again when we know the availability for the next course.

· Can I drop out from RE3Torres during the course?
You have to notify us one month in advance, and this month will be fully charged.

· What does my monthly fee include?
Accommodation and weekly maid service and change of bed linen and bath towels, full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner) giving you the ability to take lunch to college, local, domestic and mobile calls from your room, Internet cable connection from your room and wifi in all the building, self-service laundry and open access to public areas of the residence. It also offers the advantages and offers in several companies that reached an agreement with RE3Torres.

· RE3Torres offers any type of grants?
The owner of the Residence, Fundació Casa de Misericòrdia, ​​can provide accommodation grants (FCMB can bear a part of the cost) to students with good academic records (applicants must prove last academic results) and in needs due to the economic situation of their family.

· Aside from the monthly fee, do I have to pay for any other service?
There are some additional services that must be paid only if they are used, such as the photocopier and printer, external laundry service or international calls.

· What do I have to bring to the residence?
All rooms are fully equipped. You only need to take your personal items.

· If I am a minor, what should I do?
If you are under 18 at the time of joining the RE3Torres, your parents or guardian must sign a consent form taking responsibility for your stay with us.

· Can I bring guests?
Guests are welcome during the day and may only access public areas in the ground floor. Guests are not allowed to spend the night in the residence.

· Is the residence near universities?
Most universities and business schools in the city of Barcelona are very close. Moreover, public transport (bus, rail and bike rental) is nearby, so in about 20 minutes you will be coming through the door of almost all universities in the city.
